✅ Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

– The product is defective or damaged
– The product is incorrect or not as described

📩 Reporting an Issue
To initiate a return request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

– Your order number
– Clear photos showing the issue

💰 Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved:

– A full refund will be issued
or
– A replacement product will be sent at no additional cost

🚫 Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

– Change of mind or personal preference
– Minor differences in color due to screen settings
– Products that have been used or are not in original condition

🧴 Hygiene Products
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal accessories or intimate products) are not eligible for return unless defective.

🚚 Return Shipping
In cases of defective or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
For all other cases, return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility.
